-2+ years experience required
-Knowledge of set up and operation of brake presses; programming and selection of tonage is a plus.

-Ability to determine and mark parts for acceptance or rejection

-Issue RMA's to customer and review returns upon arrival and process appropriate paperwork

-2 years experience with Tig/Mig welding within a manufacturing environment

Must know the following to be qualified:
-Amada & Wilson thick turret style tooling
-Forming tools both Amada & Wilson tools
-Fanuc Controls for Laser & Punch
-PHNC controls for forming & marking & punching
-Able to read drawings
-Able to read set-up sheets and understand special shaped tools
-Understands NC code – Gcode programming
-Ability to troubleshoot punching and lasering of sheet metal if problems occur. (Examples would be if sheet hung up, burrs, tool dragging.)
