Our History

On November 3, 1997, Pat Frank opened the doors of Staffing Support Specialists. Having over 17 years experience in the Washington county area labor market, the current staffing concerns facing area businesses are very familiar to us.

Our basic emphasis is focusing on positions that have permanent potential, and our goal is to treat the employees we place as much like permanent staff as possible. We do this by providing the following:

• Medical insurance premium reimbursement after thirty days for full-time employees. Staffing Support Specialists provides a short-term medical policy to cover the employee up until he/she is eligible for coverage by the company that they have been placed with. Employees must meet the minimum requirements to be eligible.
• Vacation credit pay
• Holiday pay after working thirty days for full-time employees
• Selective incentive bonuses also available

We're in business to help people. Employers and job seekers both. We also can help by providing short-term or long-term temporary employees when needed.
