If interested, they would forward your application and find out if the company would be interested in you. When the candidate is offered an opportunity, they may accept it or reject it. If they accept the position they would then be working at that company through Staffing Support Specialists for a probationary period. After the probationary period is up, the employee would then be hired on by that company based on their attendance, work performance and quality of work.
